Three years later, in a very different context due to Covid and the war in Ukraine, this issue of REF looks back on Brexit. Has the UK met its Brexit targets? Has the European Union been changed? Without nostalgia or a return to the past, this issue seeks to take note of what is to allow us to reflect on the conditions for the evolution of future relations put into perspective in an environment marked by uncertainty.
